Greene Resources is seeking a Production Supervisor to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Supervise and support production staff to achieve daily operational goals
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor, ensuring smooth workflows
- Optimize production activities to improve efficiency and minimize costs
- Enforce safety and quality standards in alignment with company protocols
- Develop team capabilities through training and cross-training initiatives
- Assist with strategic production planning
Position Requirements:
- Industry knowledge and hands-on experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing (medical device experience acceptable)
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing practices, including 5S/6S, Visual Management, and other process improvement techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and resolve conflicts effectively
- Ability to maintain and enforce safety compliance in a cleanroom environment (Class 1,000/10,000) and ensure regulatory adherence
- Expertise in production planning, workforce scheduling, and achieving operational goals
- Technical proficiency in equipment oversight and production management, with a focus on process improvements
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and workforce scheduling
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and maintain high-quality standards
